Please schedule an initial appointment for an evaluation, after which your provider can prescribe medications as necessary.
A prescription will be provided if deemed appropriate after a full evaluation. However, there is no guarantee of receiving a prescription immediately.
An evaluation is needed for all new clients. Based on this, your provider will decide whether it's appropriate to continue your existing prescription.
