  • We are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, Tricare, Magellan, Humana, Optum, all UHC plans (UMR, All Savers, United Shared Services, etc.), Baylor Scott and White Health Plan, Bright Health Care, Behavioral Health Systems.
  • We are not in-network with Medicaid or Medicare.

Yes! Initial appointments are $300, and follow-ups are $150.

PMHNPs are nurses with graduate-level training who provides mental health care and promotes mental health across the lifespan. PMHNPs assess, diagnose, and treat individuals and families with mental health and substance use disorders. They use a range of skills to provide holistic care, including prescribing medication and providing individual, family and group therapy. Instead of just treating an illness, PMHNPs take time to partner with a patient to help them achieve their own recovery and wellness goals.

We currently accept Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Cigna, Quest Behavioral Health and all their subsidiaries.

If cash pay, we charge $200 for one time 1 hour initial comprehensive evaluations, and $100 for 30 minute follow up appointments. 

Yes, our discounted rates for out-of-pocket payments are  $200 for initial appointments and $100 for 30 minute follow-up appointments. 

PMHNPs are advanced practice registered nurses who offer mental health services across the lifespan. They assess, diagnose, and treat mental health concerns and substance use disorders, integrating both medication management and therapeutic strategies.

Yes, we prescribe controlled substances when medically necessary, such as for ADHD, anxiety, and insomnia, but limit to one type at a time. Regular follow-up appointments, typically every 4-6 weeks, are required for ongoing prescriptions of controlled substances.

Please schedule an initial appointment for an evaluation, after which your provider can prescribe medications as necessary.

A prescription will be provided if deemed appropriate after a full evaluation. However, there is no guarantee of receiving a prescription immediately.

An evaluation is needed for all new clients. Based on this, your provider will decide whether it's appropriate to continue your existing prescription.

We treat a range of mental health conditions and disorders, including anxiety and panic, ADHD, depression, OCD, eating disorders, insomnia, bipolar and mood disorders, psychosis, PTSD/CPTSD, trauma, and grief & loss.

Yes, new clients are welcome. An initial evaluation will be conducted to tailor your treatment plan.

We do not offer comprehensive therapy at this time but depending on your treatment plan, we can and will refer you to our vetted network of licensed professional counselors.

No, a previous diagnosis is not necessary to receive treatment. Diagnoses can be made during your consultation if appropriate.

Please notify us as soon as possible if you will be late or unable to attend. Our policy on missed appointments may involve a fee if not timely communicated.

You can also cancel conveniently 24 hours prior to an appointment through the automated call or text. Please do so ahead of time to avoid any potential fees and to open up your slot to other patients.

There are certain conditions where controlled substances are a first-line treatment, such as ADHD. We do not prescribe over two controlled substances at a time and appointments are require every 4-6 weeks if prescribed a controlled substance.

No! During your initial appointment, your provider can make a diagnosis if applicable and get you started on a treatment regimen to help you manage your symptoms.
